These terms apply to safetysecurity.irish and purchases from SafeSecure Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

Products and safety

Read the full product page, measurements, option and stated specifications before ordering. Protective equipment must be selected for the actual hazard and workplace requirements. A standard named on a listing is a manufacturer statement unless we expressly say otherwise; request current model-specific documentation when compliance is important.

Prices and orders

Prices and checkout totals are in euro (EUR). The cart shows any delivery charge before payment. An order is accepted when the payment provider confirms payment and we send an order confirmation. If a price or availability error is found before dispatch, we will contact you and you may cancel for a refund.

Our shipping and returns policies form part of these terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable Irish and EU consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
