To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unsuitable selection, unauthorised modification or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

Any indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not reduce rights under Irish consumer law.
