Frequently asked questions
What is in this category?
A five-point full body harness with a dorsal attachment point, and a self-retracting lifeline.
Do I need both?
A harness alone does not arrest a fall. It needs a connecting device and an anchor, and the lifeline is that connecting device.
How do I check the required safety standard?
Compare your workplace requirements with the exact product label and current model-specific test documentation. Published standards are manufacturer claims. Contact us for documents before ordering if a particular certification is required.
Can I use equipment that has arrested a fall?
No. Take it out of service and have it inspected before it goes near another job.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free across Ireland on orders of €100 or more. Below that it is a flat €25, shown in the cart before you pay. Express delivery is €25 on any order. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and arrive in 5 to 7 days.
Can I return something?
For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you want to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain covered by Irish consumer law.
